HP Deskjet  Ink Replacement

  1. Take the brand new ink cartridges provided in the printer package.
  2. Handle the cartridges by touching their black colored plastic.
  3. Peel off the plastic tapes from the cartridges.
  4. The copper-colored contacts or ink nozzles should not be touched to avoid ink clogs and ink failure.
  5. Open the ink cartridge entrance door of the printer.
  6. Hold the cartridges by their contacts facing the HP Deskjet Printer Setup and insert them into the respective slots.
  7. Gently push the cartridges until they fit into the slots.
  8. Close the access door and complete the installation process.

How to Scan on HP Deskjet

  1. Keep the original document or image you wish to scan on the scanner glass or document feeder of the HP Deskjet Printer Setup.
  2. Connect your printer and computer either using a wired or wireless connection.
  3. Click the Start menu on your computer.
